We found our Florida home thanks to JoAnna. During my first meeting with her I could tell within the first 15 min she had in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry as well as the local market serving South Florida. Within hours I had a flood of email alerts matching budgetary requirements and location. She promptly followed up with text messages and phone calls to ensure I had eyes on the inventory. This setup the perfect relationship for our journey. Once we zeroed in on a showing she did all the necessary leg work and research to ensure no surprises. In other words, she had our best interest from start to finish regardless of the outcome. As everyone knows it's a tough market so one has to have extreme patients during the process...which also required perseverance. Fast forward, we finally found the home we wanted. JoAnna kicked into high gear and within hours she had coordinated with the lender, contract ratification complete, and the inspection scheduled. Closing was also scheduled within 30 days. Then the final day of closing she met us at the attorney's office in person to ensure a smooth closing experience. Wow what a wonderful experience thanks to JoAnna...she was by our side from start to finish! She indeed is my Rock Star Realtor! Highly recommended!
